A Hong Kong Dictionary

There is no such thing as The English Language, living languages change, grow and split, just ask Oscar Wilde, or was it Bernard Shaw, or even Winston Churchill, who famously said that England and America were "Two nations separated by a common language". I guess he said it in disguise, "who was that masked wit?". These are some developments I've noted in Hong Kong.
