Footpath

A footpath is an area bordering a road and often separated from it by being several inches higher with a curb at the edge, used for temporarily depositing motor-vehicles, often with their engines running.

Below are several good examples of a footpath in use, alongside Shum Wan Road. This may cause obstruction to pedestrians, and violate parking laws, but who cares?
